Communications
All participating individuals and organizations will be invited to present papers related to the central theme, Innovation in ICT4D, submitting abstracts or summaries. Four special sub-topics have been defined, as described below.
- Development Cooperation after the World Summit on the Information Society.
- Knowledge Management in Development Cooperation
- University and ICT4D
- Innovation and Local Creativity: Lessons from the South about Social and Business Applications of ICT
Papers will also be accepted about the central theme or thematic axis of the Meeting, although they will not be presented in special sessions. They will however be included in the documentation of the event.
In this edition video formats will be admitted (through the platform You Tube), audio or presentations (through Slideshare), allowing people who cannot be presents physically to participate with communications or present projects.
