COOPERACIÓN 2.0 Paperless: Protect the environment!

Out of concern for the environment, the use of paper at Cooperation 2.0-2009 will be strictly limited. Event documents will mainly be available in electronic format only. Participants will not therefore receive the usual conference bag, packed with literature.

Each delegate will instead receive a free USB stick providing:

     * 1 GB of memory USB pendrive
    
At the event web, you will be able to download documents to your USB stick. WiFi access will also be available throughout the venue.

As in last year, the Cooperation 2.0-2009 website will remain your most comprehensive source of information on all aspects of ICT 2008. However, a condensed version of the Event programme will be available on the USB stick for offline consultation, if necessary.

Join in - help the planet breathe! 

• Use a minimum of paper if you are organising a networking session or an exhibition stand.
• Make supporting material available online, and encourage visitors to download it to their USB sticks.
