II International Meeting on ICT for Development Cooperation

Participants in the Meeting will again have access to their own spaces to share and conduct activities.

Each person or entity will be able to participate in the easiest and most accessible way. For that purpose, we will enable virtual scenarios based on 2.0 web applications, like a ‘Cooperation 2.0’ channel in YouTube to upload video clips of organizations that would like to provide papers or presenting projects but who cannot travel to the event.
